Ghana Partnering With Nigeria On Estate Development

The real Estate profession in Ghana is wearing a new look, with the current calls for Nigerians to come and invest in the real estate in the country.

In a bid t bring the desire to fulfillment, a 15-man panel has been constituted to visit Nigeria to show case the trend and stock in the estate and property sector.

Making the arrangement was the Chief Executive Officer BMJA services Mr. Steve Ike said “ a Unique platform to show case the platform to market top Ghana-based real estate investment opportunities to interested Nigerian-Investors and Non-resident Ghanaians alike”.

He pointed out that the development was informed by the Nigeria-Ghana trade and cultural relationship dated back to the 70’s. According to Mr. Ike, citizens of both countries have exchanged business and visits, and many Nigerians now found homes in Ghana, vice versa.

This bilateral trade arrangement has been on since due to over whelming demand by Ghanaians to bring Nigerian investors and non-resident Ghanaians who are interested to investing Ghana real estate.

Speaking further, he said “Ghana is currently one of the attractive African investment opportunities for the sector and the benefit included a stable and growing economy, stable political climate favorable foreign investment environment, low taxation level, and solid returns on investment and friendly people” he remarked.

The seminar or trade fair show in Nigeria is intended on investment climate, related information on culture, education and sundry socio-economic factors.

The show, participants will benefit from exclusive offers, all expenses paid trips to Ghana and other instant gifts.

He stated that special Guests Speakers from Ghana and Nigeria embassies of tourism board and industry experts have been answers to investing in Ghana.

The Ghana property trade-fair in Nigeria is scheduled for December 9, 2017 in Lagos.
