The August 29, 2013 landmark Judgment of Ghana Supreme Court was that the President, John Dramani Mahama, who stood on the tickets of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was validly elected in December 7 and 8, 2012 Presidential Election.

The Presidential candidate of New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, his running mate. Dr. Mahama Adu Bawumia, and the National Chairman of the NPP, Mr. Jake Otanka Obetsebi Lamptey had played the court to annul votes in 2,020 polling stations because some voters voted without undergoing biometric verification, but Justice Dotse disagreed and declared Mahama winner of the election. For the love he has for Ghanaian he has forgiven those that took him to court and charged them to come together and work as a nation. This form part of our cover story.

US President Barack Obama has at last concluded his highly anticipated trip to Africa, Typically, the journey that took him to Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania.
