His excellency, Amb. Ademola Onafowokan to the 7^th Integrity Magazine International Conference on Leadership Development/Award held at Golden Tulip hotel Accra, in 2013.

I am delighted to be part of the 7^th Integrity Magazine International Conference on Leadership Development/Award Ceremony taking place today in Accra, Ghana. Let me thank the organizers of the event for the invitation to be part of this ceremony and commend their vision and mission in propagating the gospel of integrity in all spheres of human endeavour as well as giving necessary recognition to men and women of Africa who have shown the light for others to find the way.

It is worthy of not that the International Conference on Leadership development since inception under the aegis of Integrity Magazine has taken place in Ghana more than any other country in the West Africa sub-region. This implies that Ghana is pacesetter in practicalizing culture of Integrity in leadership and good governance. Secondly, that this private sector initiative originates from Nigeria and frequently hosted by Ghana is another strategy in boosting the existing cordial relationship between the two Anglophone speaking West African Countries. I look forward to the sustainability of this bold initiative.

To the awardees of today, I congratulate you on the honour bestowed on you and hope you will see today’s recognition as a call to redouble your commitment and contribution to humanity and the development of the society. Once again, I commend the organizers for another successful outing, while wishing all the recipients of Global Leader of Integrity Merit Award a happy celebration.
